Thank you for choosing our detailing services. To ensure smooth scheduling and quality service for all our customers, please review our booking policy below:

Appointments Required
All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins may be accepted based on availability but are not guaranteed. -
Deposit Requirement
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your final invoice and are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. -
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit or a service fee. -
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the services performed. -
Vehicle Condition
Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Heavily soiled interiors, excessive pet hair, or other conditions may result in additional charges, which will be discussed before starting the service. -
Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle. -
Weather Conditions
In the case of extreme weather, appointments may be rescheduled for safety and quality reasons. We will contact you promptly to make alternate arrangements.
